The Promoter is: Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 000 069 714) of registered address: 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.

Eligible entrants: The promotion is open to customers of Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as The Promoter). Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

How to enter the competition: Every purchase of an Eligible Tyre during the competition period will gain one (1) entry. Get two (2) bonus entries when you buy 10 or more Eligible Tyres in one order. Get five (5) bonus entries when you buy 25 or more Eligible Tyres in one order. And if you buy 50 Eligible Tyres or more in one order, get 15 bonus entries into the draw.

Eligible Tyres: Earthmover Radial Tyres sold by The Promoter as listed in the Size Table below. The promotion is open to Eligible Tyres purchased and delivered within the Competition Period and subject to stock availability. Cancelled orders and returns are excluded from the competition.

The Competition Period: The competition starts on 1^st July 2026 to 31^st December 2026.

The winning Entrants will be selected at random/wholly by chance by the Promoter.

The draw for the grand and second prizes will occur at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 on Monday 25^th January 2027 at 1:00pm Sydney time. One entry per prize will be drawn out of all the valid entries received for the entire promotion period. This will be a random electronic draw.

The grand and second prizes will be drawn in descending order of value. Once an entrant has won a prize, they will be excluded from any remaining prize draws.

The grand and second prize winners will be contacted by phone and in writing on the afternoon of 25^th January 2027 or within seven days of the major prize draw.

In the event that the grand and second prizes are not claimed by close of business on Tuesday the 31^st March 2027, a redraw will occur on the 30^th April 2027 at 1pm at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127.  In such event, the winner(s) will be contacted by phone and in writing on the afternoon of the 30^th April 2027 or within seven days of the unclaimed prize draw. The decision of The Promoter will be final. If the winner does not accept the prize within the time stipulated by The Promoter then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

The monthly momentum prize draws will occur at Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, 5 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127 on the following dates at 1:00pm Sydney time. One entry per prize will be drawn out of all the valid entries received for each month of the promotion period. This will be a random electronic draw.

There is no limit on the number of monthly prizes an entrant may win throughout the promotion. Entrants who win a monthly prize remain eligible to win additional monthly prizes in subsequent monthly draws, provided they have valid entries for the applicable draw period.

The monthly momentum prize winners will be contacted by phone and in writing on the afternoon of the draw date or within seven days of the relevant prize draw or unclaimed prize draw.

The winners’ last name, initial of first name and postcode will be published on The Promoter’s website (https://www.bridgestoneminingsolutions.com.au/) within 30 days of the prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.

Invoice(s) must be paid before claiming the prize.

If an entrant is selected as the winner, they consent to participating in promotional activities related to the competition, including being photographed, filmed and/or interviewed. The winner agrees that the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, affiliates, agents and subcontractors, may use their name, image, likeness, voice and any statements made by them for the purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the competition (and the Promoter) in any media, including online and social media, without further notice, approval or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Exclusions:
The following are excluded from this promotion:

• Earthmover Bias Tyres sold by The Promoter;
• Contracted customers by The Promoter;
• Cash Sales unless customer name and contact information are clearly stated on the invoice;
• Bridgestone Papua New Guinea (PNG); and
• Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty Ltd and Otraco International Pty Ltd Employees and their families up to the third degree of consanguinity.

Disclaimers:
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.

The entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Grand Prize – Toyota Landcruiser 79 Series may be acquired by the Promoter prior to the prize draw and may be used for promotional, display and marketing purposes during the Promotion Period. As a result, the vehicle may have accrued mileage prior to handover to the winner. The vehicle will, at the time of delivery to the winner, be duly registered, roadworthy and presented in good working order and condition, subject to fair wear and tear consistent with such promotional use.

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.

Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.

Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Cancellation:
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
